American broadcaster Starz recommissioned the series for not one but two more seasons in 2018. Well it turns out the lead stars are contracted for Outlander Season 7.

Season 6 of Outlander doesnt even begin filming until January 2021 so there is no information on its release date.

There has been a lot of back and forth on Outlander for some with concerns that the stars arent going to want to stick around for the long-term. Its natural to worry about the future of your favorite TV show. The show premiered on November 4 and will continue to air on Sundays at 8 pm.

At the time of publishing dont expect to see Outlander season 7 on Netflix earlier than 2023. Outlander was scheduled to begin filming its sixth season in May 2020 but the ongoing coronavirus pandemic caused production to shut down. If we look at the schedule for when Netflix released the previous seasons of Outlander we can make a pretty good guess that season 5 will most likely be added in May 2022.

The best-case scenario would be. Will there be a season 7. Its already been a year since Season 4s November 2018 premiere.

That means that Netflix US wont get season five until May 2022. There will be a Stephen King-esque horror episode. As of February 2021.

We are deep into planning for Season 5 even though its not officially picked up he said. Love everything about this series I highly recommend. We already know that STARZ is interested in more of the show.

Outlander season six will be based on Diana Gabaldons sixth book A Breath of Snow and Ashes. The 12-part season hasnt yet got underway as we still have to. Am I coming back to work next year and can I have a bigger trailer.

As long as the ratings look good theres going to be a seventh season. Outlander was renewed for a seventh season in March 2021 and will be based on Diana Gabaldons novel Echo in the Bone. As we previously reported Outlander season 4 just premiered on January 27 2021.
